Miquel Noguer

Miquel Noguer assumes office as president of the Girona Provincial Council and of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board.

On 31 July, Miquel Noguer i Planas was appointed president of the Girona Provincial Council and of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board in the place of Pere Vila, who is the new delegate of the Government of Catalonia in Girona. The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board also named Jaume Dulsat i Rodríguez, mayor of Lloret de Mar and member of Girona Provincial Council, as first deputy president, and Albert Piñeira i Brosel, mayor of Puigcerdà and member of Girona Provincial Council, as second deputy president. The latter change in the institution arose upon the resignation of Ramon Ramos, general director of the Tourist Board, which took effect on 3 September 2018.

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board will continue to work on strategy, communication and marketing in tourism in order to meet the objectives established in its annual Action Plan and Objectives.
