The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board receives one of the ITTA’s prestigious international awards for its gourmet food and wine showcasing campaign TastEmotion

At the second edition of the ITTA (International Travel & Tourism Awards), which were announced at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London, the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board won the silver prize in the Best Food Destination category for its promotion campaign “TastEmotion. The Ultimate dining experience by Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona”. The award is given by a committee of multisectoral experts from the international tourist industry. On this occasion, Girona’s campaign competed with projects and campaigns such as those presented by Santa Monica Travel & Tourism (United States), the Hong Kong Tourism Board and Ljubljana Tourism. The gold prize went to “Discover Hong Kong’s Food Scene Like a Local by Hong Kong Tourism Board”.
